This cake is my product created by my love tiramisu. Because the original tiramisu is made with raw eggs and that bothers a lot of people, I decided to replace the eggs with sour cream. anti static foam Please if someone has already done this cake will forgive me for ascribing merit, but really, from nowhere I took the recipe, it's on my taste and idea with the name. One of the best things about this cake is that it is very fast and is very light. If you are doing for children, you can replace coffee with cocoa, vanilla, and put your favorite nuts. Cake "Tenderness" 14 pcs. Biscotti "Savoyardi" 400 g sour cream 500 g mascarpone 16 tablespoons powdered sugar 10 grams gelatin 2 cups 1 tablespoon anti static foam sugar 50 ml. amaretto-walnut amount is at your discretion Preparation Beat cream and mascarpone separately with 8 tablespoons sugar. Dissolve gelatin anti static foam 5 tablespoons water in a water bath or in the microwave very briefly (not to boil). Mix both the cream and add gelatin. Stir well. On a plate or cake stand, put to unbuckle ring (in my case 26 cm) Mix hot coffee liqueur and sugar. Melting biscuits briefly in aromatic coffee break them in half and arrange on the plate. Put a layer of cream and smooth. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts.

Again and again my soul filled with delicious cakes and beautiful photos. Very nice recipe and really Katentse tiramisu with those raw eggs and I do not like you, but your recipe is now something else.
