Recipe: Lasagna with zucchini and cottage cheese | Salt & Soap
My project to get a better lifestyle has now been what I would call relatively good. I have for many days now had withdrawal similar experiences, where I feel I really need something zacarias 3 unhealthy. There have been strange to feel that my body actually depends on including sugar, and that I get headaches when I did not eat it. I feel the constant need to eat something, even I'm not hungry. So I nibbled some nuts, apples and such. But beyond this, there have been quite nice. I get me a lot of fruit and vegetables, and eat a lot less than before. Yesterday I also trained my first session in the fitness center and was amazed at the stamina board training over how bad conditions I have. Meanwhile, I was a little surprised at how much I was able to stretch myself on strength training, I'm certainly not as weak as I thought.
I am keen to get into my food with few calories, but also plenty of nourishment. Today I thought to share a recipe I got with my girlfriend Cecilie, that I have changed a tiny bit of the self. It's a lasagne which replaces pasta plates with squash and cottage cheese, and also tastes delicious well. If you follow zacarias 3 this recipe is it 883 calories throughout zacarias 3 the lasagna, and then you can in other words, eat a good portions for dinner. In addition to what I refer to in this recipe you can add much else in the lasagna. I tend for instance sometimes putting broccoli and corn in. Or so one can have beans and onions.
Add as rest of cottage cheese atop slices of zucchini and then the rest of the squash in a new layer. Then add karbonade dough and slices of cheese / grated cheese. Lasagna be looked into in the oven at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Thanks for the recipe! The I'll certainly try! Have my own twist with eggplant zacarias 3 instead of meat .. but there is still the pasta plates. Sounds interesting with cottage cheese! Hope you will share several dishes.
Thanks for the tips!

My diet | Salt & Soap
Happy Easter everyone! There are many who ask me about my diet, so I thought it could fit with a separate post about it here on the blog. I've split up this post in different sections, as you can see, and you will then have a more complete picture of my diet. My diet is not based on any kind of diets such as low carbon etc, but I eat properly enough part-calorie reticulated foods. Those days I do not exercise, I tend to lie on an intake of approximately 1,600 calories, and those days I exercise I lie on ca. 1,800 calories. Saturdays enjoy my day, and it is I usually approximately 2000 - 2200 calories. On Saturdays I eat regular sweets and such after at 20. I think that one can not always just to eat light products, and therefore uses both cream and butter in my food sometimes. I believe that the brain and body have good use for milk fat. My philosophy is generally seen that everything is allowed only one eats sparingly, and that I will have in me enough protein, carbohydrates, fat, milk, fruit, water and vegetables every day. Food I eat just about every day
Some foods I try to get me every day, because I think it's good for your health. I usually start the day with a happy Skyr and vegetables (preferably kohlrabi, carrot or cucumber). Trying to get me over 300 grams of vegetables every day, which amounts to 4.2 vegetables, reticulated depending on how big and heavy vegetable is. Therefore, it is good to start the day with a little green, so one gets distributed it slightly outward. I eat also usually 200-300 grams of fruit and berries every day. Then yesterday the most in apples, orange, lemon, banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, reticulated grapes, plums, pineapple, mango and kiwi. I also eat oatmeal almost every day, especially before reticulated exercise. reticulated I do not work properly on exercise without having eaten grits ca. an hour before. reticulated As an additive in the porridge reticulated I use often nuts, dark chocolate, light apple jam and cinnamon. Nuts and dark chocolate I eat every day, it is good for the brain and heart. I always reticulated choose dark chocolate with over 80% cocoa. Otherwise I drink at least one glass of skim milk per day and preferably over two liters of water. Always start the day with a large bottle of water before breakfast. As lunch, breakfast and snack I eat often Rugsprø crispbread. I like to use cottage cheese, reticulated Philadelphiaoster, Snøfrisk, ham, turkey fillet, skinkeost and pate to spread. I take cod liver oil and Sanasol every day. Food I eat several times a week
Some things I did not eat every day, but often several times a week. An example of this is the eggs. I also gladly boiled eggs, omelette, fried or scrambled eggs. And I like to have a little caviar on my eggs. I also make juice several times a week, almost every day nowadays. When I make love to juice of orange, carrot, reticulated apple, lime, lemon, beetroot, spinach, kiwi, ginger and cucumber. I like to try me a little forward, but my favorite is the juice of orange or apple and lime. My husband often make smoothies strawberry / blueberry / raspberry with yoghurt, banana and juice. After training, especially those days I strength train or very hard, so I drink a little chocolate milk or stock O'boy. I eat too often protein bars after strength training or as a meal replacement when I'm on the move. When I eat usually either Quest Bars or Nutrilett Bars. I also try to eat fish once a week, in addition to that I take cod liver oil. Actually reticulated I do not like fish something good, but I know it is important for the body. Eating usually salmon, smoked salmon, gratin or fish cakes. Another thing I often eat is spelled lomper. They are brilliant and can be used in many different applications, while having low calories. What I tend to eat for dinner
Dinners are always challenging, because you sincerely want to have something good and healthy. And preferably not the same all the time. It quickly so you have to have the same for dinner each weekday, but I try to vary some days in any case. And try out a new dish at least a couple times a month. With us is spelled lompe pizza a big favorite, and we have happily on Mondays with salad on the side. Fridays we have almost invariably taco, where I either do not take tortillas or just take a bill. Saturdays we have something good, like pizza, pork and such. We are also fond of using chicken, pork and chicken mince combined with vegetables and carbohydrates. We have replaced all the rice we've had before, and now eat only barley (which is amazing digg). reticulated We use whole grain pasta, sweet potato, potato and wheat bread when we otherwise eat carbohydrates for dinner. I'm also very fond of soups, as you might have noticed. I find noon tip in cookbooks I borrow at the library, online and on Instagram. Little healthier happy food
I often enjoy myself a little everyday. This mostly because it helps me from cracking, but also because I think I deserve it. I'm trying to cut down slightly on cosiness, but occasionally are allowed. When I enjoy myself ih

This soup has decidedly become a new favorite! Retrieved it from

Status honey comb bong Week 12 + seven soup recipes | Salt & Soap
Another week has passed and we have had suppeuke. A new soup every day. And of course I will share recipes with you! Maybe you have tried out some self? Soup is at least a very good way to consume many vegetables on. Please note that recipes are designed for either two large servings or four small portions. When I show the calorie count per serving, this is then calculated as a single large portion.
Here you can properly vegetable bombing of a soup, if one can put it that way. Soup is very filling, honey comb bong so I did not need any accessories. Make sure you do not take too much pepper, I did the first time I made this. Otherwise it is a low-calorie soup with lots of flavor and very much nourishment. For the soup you need 1 piece leek 1 pc cauliflower 1 pc broccoli 1 pc onion 5 ml vegetable stock (cooked) 1 tablespoon real butter honey comb bong 5 dl water Salt Pepper . Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces. Boil 1 liter of water with a bouillon cube and add broccoli and cauliflower in it. Cut leeks and onions and fry them in the frying pan with butter. Add them in the pan with cauliflower and broccoli. Boil a little while, mash with hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
This soup I found the recipe on Trines Matblogg. I have changed a bit in the recipe, this because my stomach is not particularly fond of spicy food. But if you love spicy food, I would recommend recipe Trine, it's really good! If you are like me, who likes food a little milder, try my version. You need 1/2 pcs finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 2 pcs grated carrot 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated honey comb bong 1 piece tart apple, grated 2 teaspoons curry 10 dl chicken broth, premixed 1 1/2 dl vita Hjertego 'single cream 400 g minced chicken and turkey 1 tablespoon real butter A small handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped Pepper Salt. Chop up and tear as above, so you have everything honey comb bong ready before you get started. Start by sputter onion, garlic and ginger in a little butter over medium heat until the onion becomes smooth and soft. Add carrots, apples and curry and let simmer for a minute or so before adding the chicken stock. honey comb bong Boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile browns you mince. Add the chicken mince and single cream in soup pot and give the soup a light simmer. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped coriander over before serving.
This soup may have any of you been involved before, for it I have written about before on the blog. I have now made it one hundred percent vegan, for you who are concerned about such things. I got because the recipe for my former workplace, but has done little about it. These are some of the best I have served, and it is chock full of nutrients (and garlic). You do 1 pc peppers 5 cloves garlic honey comb bong 1 piece finely chopped onion Chili Exploison spices from Santa Maria 1 pack red lentils 1 pc broccoli 2 cans / packages chopped tomatoes with basil and oregano 5 ml vegetable stock (cooked) 1 tablespoon real butter honey comb bong . Cut up vegetables. Start first with wrapping garlic and onion in a pan with butter until onions are a golden color. Spe then with broccoli and peppers, and cook it for a little while with the onion. Spe in with butter if necessary. Mix a dice with vegetable stock in hot water (follow package instructions), and shovel into the boiler. Clear the red lenses in a strainer and rinse them under running water for a while. Then add the red lenses and boxes with chopped tomato. Season to taste in the end, I think it is good with a small pinch (it gets a bit spicy).
This soup has decidedly become a new favorite! Retrieved it from "The Checkered Cookbook", a book otherwise everyone should acquire. It tastes just incredibly well, I can not quite explain it. Try it says I only! You do 1 pc onion 5 pieces potato 2 pieces leek 1 tablespoon real butter 10 ml vegetable stock (cooked) 1 teaspoon salt 1 dl whipping cream A good dash of chives . Wash and peel the potatoes. Scaling the onion and cut it into small pieces. Wash leeks and cut into thin rings. Let potatoes, onions and leeks in butter sputter honey comb bong a few minutes. Pour broth power in and simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes. The potatoes will cook completely to pieces. Whisk the soup well up. Season with spices and have Oppi the cream to finish. Complement with chives.
Whether you like taco you will love this soup / pan here! The basic recipe I found in Vega mission, but I've changed quite a lot of it as I'm sure you see. I would have meat in mine, but I'm certainly sure Vega Mission's soup is also lovely. You need 2 pieces leek 4 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon butter 2 cans chopped tomatoes 3 dl water 1 pc paprika 400g minced 1 pc small box of corn canned Taco Seasoning . Cut up the leek and garlic and saute it in butter until soft. Ha in tomato boxes, water, peppers and taco seasoning. Boil under a lid for about 10 minutes. Mash with hand blender. Add the minced o

Strange things have happened before, but seriously. A car from Apple? iCar ...? Considering it beyond rigid system Apple has managed to capture their fans in terms of Mac, iPod and iPhone, I must admit that I'm much more excited about how Apple should fix this with a car than how the design of the car is. Or who should sue who, to "invent" a car with four wheels "all over again". Well, if this is a PR stunt, then we'll wait to see.

Be very welcome (a)! Tell me what you think of the post and my blog. Give also your predictions,

Hello guys, okay? For those who still do not know me, I'm Rafa (one of the collaborators of the Ana blog here) and I aim to share with you receitinhas, tips and some projetinhos DIY (do it). As the first post was a recipe (if you have not seen, click here), today we will have a step-by-step teaching you how to make simple packaging arctic foam (and fluffy) to customize the mothers day gift! Let's check the tutorial ??
Requirements: - Cash (present) - Paper craft (we will use the matte side of the paper) - Adhesive tape - Scissors - Punch - String (of your choice) - Medium Button - Flores (natural or not) - gold Stickers + 2 tags ( are optional)
To begin with, wrap the box with craft paper (the amount varies according to the size of the gift), gluing the ends with adhesive tape. Once the package is wrapped with craft paper, it's time for customization! arctic foam
First cut a piece of string, go around the box and finish with a small knot. Then cut a piece of paper (any type / color), puncture and is will be your tag. Join the two ends of string and through the opening tag (as shown in photo No. 8 and 9).
Now take a button and pass each end of the string in a little hole (sobrarão 2 if you, like me, have a button with 4 openings). Finally knot (so you fix the tag and the button on the package) and make a loop (remember to cut the excess string at the end) to provide the finish.
For this package will do pretty much the same as the first tutorial initial process. Choose a color string, cut the required size, go around the box with the same and finish with a knot. The tag follows the same pattern as the previous tag too (the only difference is the type of paper and the detail in gold provided by the adhesive as said above, is optional).
It's time for flowers !! Select one at a time and cut the size of the stem you want (I, for example, left the very small stems because I wanted them to stay "hidden" behind the tag). Now just go put flowers under the string (and tag) and packing until visually beautiful and delicate. Remembering that this package needs to be made on the day of delivery if their flowers are natural as well as my :)
Hello Rafa (Xará kk) and Ana.
