(CNNMoney) - According to Mickey Drexler, a member of the board of Apple, one of the great dreams of Steve Jobs was taking the auto industry by assault with a vehicle technology company. While Jobs, Apple co-founder did not fulfill his desire, the iCar is already a reality. Somehow, at least.
At the Shanghai Auto Show 2013, Volkswagen presented the iBeetle. Why does the "i"? The new variant of the classic Beetle will be fully integrated with the Apple iPhone. For example, submit a charging station for the popular phone on your dashboard. In addition, the iPhone can connect to the navigation systems and car audio.
What's different about the iBeetle? Volkswagen will launch an application that maximizes what the iPhone can do in the car.
