N Large Strong | Gjölen
On a couple of Liquor in Uppsala catalog ordering beer N Large Strong started to be marketed in late November. This is because the occasional brewed at the Old Castle Brewery delkeskamp source and then be sold in the next three Systembolaget stores. delkeskamp It came to no better than a bottle of slim down in my cart one day. N Large Strong, 5.0%: Color is almost not at all, it looks like when you pour up but when the drink well end up in the glass is there an extremely pale yellow completely finished beverage. Fairly low-intensity kind light yellow tone simply. A wild light hissing foam high foam quickly built up directly from pouring but it disappears faster than you can blink, leaving a foam residue-free glass, and an almost completely delkeskamp foam-free ölyta.
The scent is nice and does not offer any surprises. Easy brödig, grain-oriented flavor and if you are struggling a bit even with vague hints of something moving in the citrus side. One could say that it feels like a mild not too tantalizing delkeskamp scent lagers. Nothing delkeskamp distinctive in other words.
The taste does not offer any direct punch in the face. An okay freshness but oh so thin and light. Light grain touches on it a little mineral water-like background. I associate the game to soak form French. There is not much to bitter either the beginning or end. The taste is totally in line with other impressions; nothing special to be impressed by anything other than that they managed to do something that is so outmärkande.
A beer that is exactly what it purports to be, simply, a great easy to drink light lager beer. In this way, the course succeeded okay but for me it's just such a beer I do not want when you order / buy a beer that is a big strong. One in my opinion boring bland beer that it even receives to drink. Rating: 1 +
Now that still takes up N Large Strong it may well be out of place to mention a little more about the company. I remember that I checked it out a little the first time I heard about the beer but I never got any real clarity as to what it was about. Microbrewery? Was there something brewing in the first place? Who brews? Where they brew? Why? The information on the website has been quite choosy and has mainly been about ideas and funding, but has, however, is slowly loaded with some extended information. delkeskamp It has not directly kännts as if it were no dedicated ölfantast behind the project, but more financially motivated entrepreneurs. Based on my generally somewhat delkeskamp pessimistic view of things felt project from the beginning a little too optimistic and I also personally think it is sad that invest so much in something so boring as a big strong. The fears and motives became even more precarious for me when I read about the project in two articles in the Business World (1 & 2). In and of itself, delkeskamp one should not believe everything you read (from both sides should probably add). Right now it seems as if the company rolls on and sell some beer so who knows maybe we get a new light lagerölsaktör market.
