Stewed Ox Heart Boula recipe 1 beef heart 250 g flank or breast of lamb 15 ml cooking oil 15 ml butter 3 onions, sliced 250ml beef stock or dry white wine 2 ml ground cloves 5ml ground coriander 1 ml grated flex foam nutmeg 1ml ground Jamaica pepper 30 ml vinegar Method: Soak heart in warm salt water for about 30 minutes. Cut off the hoofare and throw it away, cut the heart into cubes. Remove and discard the skin from the lamb and cut meat into smaller pieces. Heat the oil and butter in a larger pot and brown the brown meat. Remove meat from pot and set aside. Add more oil and butter to the pot if necessary. Add onion and saute until transparent.
