Put a piece yesterday about the rhymes I remember the time I spent working with the children who participated in the CD, Gugalaí Gug! Two groups were involved - from kids Indreabhán area, attending at the time sought by one of the largest primary schools in the Connemara Gaeltacht. The second group, actafarma they were one of the smallest schools - Hillside School in Lettermullen. Nine boys were on the rolls when we made the recording in 2005 and four in the sixth. The school was closed the following year, students canceled. The school actafarma did not have much to commemorate the first year of its establishment and fine books have been published which outlined the history of the school. In Autumn 2005, we organized an event in the Ark Arts Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin. The Ark is the only cultural venue in Ireland, to my knowledge, only children's art to be seen and heard there. I decided actafarma Nine Hill School to backdate to do a concert in the capital Ark and focus attention on "Gugalaí Gug!" Came many of the mothers during the day and we had a very fun, and The Afternoon Show as lady of the house for the occasion. One of the biggest boys for myself and the producer John Ryan enjoyed working with her little girl was the youngest in the school - Annabel Connolly, who was four years old when we made the recorded. (I believe that even Gugalaí value Gug hear his beautiful glóirín reciting "Teaic Tick MIC, a new pair of shoes"). This was the first time at Annabel's train journey, and if memory serves me, his first visit to Dublin. It was between the small fields, narrow roads and stone fences of the western actafarma area and the flat was seen east of Galway. Annabel was sitting across from me and we sciúrdáil us through the Curragh of Kildare. She completed her eyes full extent of the previous actafarma expansion was at either side of the railings. She turned to her mom in awe "look to Maam!" she says. "Huge Garden!"
Ah - sorry! I took this picture with my mobile phone camera and we bid farewell to Inishbofin. On the right, is a beautiful abbey ruins visible - the boat goes over to come to the island pier. Delete Reply

It is beautiful, a Réailtín. Was fortunate to see us and the burning sun, but the island is laid out beautifully - perfectly actafarma sheltered harbor where the heart and the ruins at the mouth of the harbor. It is worth to visit, definitely! Delete Reply
